Hyperpigmentation 101
What causes hyperpigmentation?
Dark spots = excess melanin.
Excess melanin is controlled by one key enzyme:
Tyrosinase: the enzyme that tells your skin
to produce pigment.
More tyrosinase activity = more melanin =
more dark spots.
So where do you start?
Tyrosinase Inhibitors:
They slow down melanin production by
blocking that enzyme.
Less enzyme. = less pigment forming

Real Talk:

Results take time.
This is more about:
~ consistency
~ patience
~ daily SPF (non-negotiable)
~ using the right ingredients, together
Pigment is easy to trigger and harder to undo. 🍂
Brightening products help but SPF is what makes your results last and stops pigmentation from coming back.
If you’re not wearing SPF, you’re not treating your pigmentation.
Treat + protect. You need both. 🤎
