Am I told old for this?
I’ve asked myself that a lot lately. Recently I heard the song “Everybody Wants to Rule The World” and I paid attention to the lyrics:
Welcome to your life.
There’s no turning back.
I’m in my mid-forties and starting a brand new career and sometimes the voice in my head saying “I wish I had done this sooner” or “am I too old for this” is really, really loud.
At the same time, starting in an industry where a lot of the focus is on achieving a youthful appearance, there’s all this unspoken pressure to not age at all. It’s a weird place to be.
The truth is—aging is a privilege, but it’s not always easy to embrace.
That’s why as an esthetician I want to focus on pro-aging. Taking care of your skin and helping you feel like your best self, at every stage.
Whether you’re 17 and struggling with breakouts or 70 and thinking about getting your very first facial.
You’re not too old. And it’s never too late for a new routine, for healthy skin, or for a fresh start. 🤍
